The site is changing everyday and landscaping has begun. We have been surrounded by dirt for so long, it's great to see some beautiful landscaped areas on the job site.

Our first building (Building No. 3) is now complete. Our construction crews have done a phenomenal job and it shows in the details.
Here is the finished product and it is impressive. The first of 11 buildings is complete, all the way down to the landscaping, and no detail has been left to chance. The timber frame elements, the stone work and overall craftsmanship make this one of the most attractive developments in the Smoky Mountains. This particular building has five total units and three have been sold. A one-bedroom unit and a two-bedroom unit are all that remain.
