The site is changing everyday and landscaping has begun. We have been surrounded by dirt for so long, it's great to see some beautiful landscaped areas on the job site.

The hot tub is cranked up and the grill is ready. The only thing missing is you! Our first building is now complete and here a view from the deck of Building No. 3. Every condominium unit has its own hot tub on the deck as well as its own gas grill. What a great place to rest, relax and soak up the stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains.
