Crews have been busy putting the stone work on the fireplaces in our first building.
Building Number 7 is now under roof as the mechanical begins on the inside.
As the major grading comes to an end, crews prepare to pave the roads at Day Springs Resort & Spa.

Landscaping
The site is changing everyday and landscaping has begun. We have been surrounded by dirt for so long, it's great to see some beautiful landscaped areas on the job site.
Progress is the "buzz" word at Day Springs as construction crews finish up work on our first building (Building No. 3 on the site map). The photo above shows the landscaped island in front of the building. There is also heavy landscaping taking place at the entrance of the development. Not only is crisp and fresh now, it should stay that way as we have installed an irrigation system to keep all the vegetation green and beautiful. Building No. 3 should be complete by the end of August as crews wrap up some finishing touches. Hot tubs are on the decks, flat-screen TVs are installed and the Sony surround-sound home theatre system sounds fantastic.
